New hotel, we liked the room and pool/gym/sauna/steam room. But the only downside is the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Can’t walk to anything (a highway right out the front drive). If you plan on getting a grab everywhere then that’s fine, but it’s about 20-30 mins from central town.

This hotel and all associated facilities: gym, steam room, sauna and swimming pool are clean, comfortable, and beautiful. The location is central however it’s not walkable. The hotel located adjacent to busy street without direct access to the main entrance. Car requires to u-turn to get to the main entrance and during the busy time, it can take a while. The most disappointing during my stay was the service and the foods restaurant located in the lobby. The first night we were there, there were several items on the menu including local beer were not available. The second night we came back, they couldn’t make the hot and sour soup correctly. They did it twice. The first time was too salty and the second too sweet. Additionally, the Japanese restaurant on the second floor is scheduled to be close on Monday and Tuesday. This is a bit odd for us coming from America and restaurants in the Hyatt is close for business. The reason we had to eat at the hotel twice because it’s not walkable to other near by restaurants. For this reason I rated this hotel with 3-star. I’m still undecided whether I would come back.

The hotel is new and the room appears modern and clean. However, during my stay, I experienced allergy-like symptoms such as irritation and discomfort, which I believe may be related to the strong chemical or formaldehyde smell from the new furnishings and materials. The odour was quite noticeable, especially in an enclosed space. While the facilities are new, guests who are sensitive to chemicals or smells may find the room uncomfortable. I hope the hotel will improve ventilation and air quality in the rooms.
