It s an old hotel. Location is superb. I paid in full with Hotels.com but the receptionist insisted that no payment has been made. I did not print a copy of my booking. I just settled in full because I need my room quickly. I will talk to other receptionist in the following days to rectify this matter. True enough, this staff admitted that his colleague should not have collected money from me as I have paid in full.
