So far everything is ok with the price,aircond nice very cool..outside also nice,not difficult to find food for halal and non halal food,easy to get uber,grab and taxi..also have bank..but i think need to check roof because sometimes i hear some voice like mice at roof sorry to comment about that..

Not as nice as pics made out

The photos definitely caught the best side for this hotel - in reality, the rooms felt a lot smaller and darker and they weren't sparkling clean, with ants in the bathroom. Wifi wasn't great (only an issue as I was travelling on business) and there was a kettle but no teabags / anything to make a drink with when arriving late at night. It certainly wasn't the worst hotel I've stayed in and it did the job of a place to stay near where I was working, but I was definitely disappointed on arrival and wouldn't stay again.

This is not a standard hotel as expected， this is a guest house or a boutique hotel instead。 The room and corridor in this place is clean and tidy，the bed is comfortable，staff are ok for me，friendly with smile，but the toilet roll is fitted into the wrong place，it's under the rainfall shower，each time after the shower the toilet paper got malted !!

On the day we reach, no water supply and was not inform during check in. Only realise when I wanted to have a shower. Room paid for the same amount and this time we get a smaller room. We only two ppl staying. But due to comfort we book a triple room. But disappointed.

The first room they give me the air con is not working, and there is a few corcoh in the bath room, when ask to check the air com and ask to change the room , the front office seen like not very happy for this.

Complaint about SS2 HOTEL 99

We arrived at SS2 hotel 99 around 2:30 to 3am on 28th of September. We told the receptionist our booking name and she told us there was no such record. She then ask for our booking/reference number in an unpleasant manner. We further confirmed we use a Hotels app to make the booking while she kept saying she could not find our record (we have already paid the money in advance). After around 10 mins of searching and checking, she found our record and showed us the face of being annoyed. When I pardon for her English she looked at me in a despise way and repeated with an angry voice. I truly believe no customer at no point should be treated like this. With all due respect, the problem was not about any time spent or money paid, the attitude problem is what we would like to address. As one of the most famous metropolitan countries in the world, Malaysia has always been the place of well-known manner and service quality, until this incident which made my good friend from Hong Kong the worst experience in his life Last but not least, I truly hope this genuine complaint would be a formal and effective channel to the hotel as we all have the same goal: To make hotel 99 better. I am looking forward to your response and an immediate action by the hotel management is expected to be taken.

Heavy Moisture

Bad experience ever. The room is heavy with moisture and they didn't even change their bath towels after the previous hotel guest checked out as their staff just wrapped the dirty bath towels and provide to the next customer. And also they didn't even change their pillow cover sheets until I can smell the bad smells. I will definitely not to visit this hotel again.
