It needs a sheltered drop off area. So when it rains to get off/in car you will get wet. Suggest allowing people to use the basement area for this. Excellent amenities like individual shampoo, conditioner, hand soap. The lifts can be crowded. The spaces in general are smaller. Take note of north or south. Other than that a very good stay.

Rooftop pool and bar area is great. As was the staff there. Ground floor ranged from very good to indifferent depending who was on duty. Wifi was hard to access and inconsistent. And eventually went completely off line and staff no help to get reconnected. No tour desk or help to arrange tourist outings. Could not store our bags for a trip away to visit the highlands. Said was no facility to do so even though we were returning in a few days. Overall ok but a bit less than I had expected from a hotel carrying the Hilton name.

Firstly, all the staff members were nice and friendly and they even let me check-in early without any extra charges. The Hotel is bit aged, but they have done their level best with the upkeep. It is located at a very prime area of the city (KLCC is very close) with a rooftop swimming pool access with a bar in it. I will definitely visit again.
