Will stay again for attending concerts in genting

The check in queue took me 50minutes but once you get to the registration counter, it was fast and efficient. The unit itself was very nice, particularly enjoyed the wood floor. view of genting from master bedroom at night was clear. the drainage in the master shower was not great, water pooled a lot and went to sink area, and slight smell from the bathroom. bed was comfortable, and the living room was spacious

Been returning to stay here year after year, but I feel it’s time for a major maintenance & refurbish work. Master-bedroom toilet has a foul smell from the sewerage. And the pillows on the living room sofa also has a weird smell on it. The furnitures all starts to feel worn out. Would be great if the TV is upgraded into smart TV too. I will still consider to return & hope to see improvement on my next visit.

Nice cozy vacation for a couple

Location is not at the main Genting Highland area. Need to take a local taxi which takes about 15 mins unless coming up from Kuala Lumpur. About the hotel, located at a quiet corner. It seems popular with tourists. A short 10 mins walk to the nearby restaurants. Nice nature view from the hotel view.

Fast and excellent service rendered.

Only the toilet door nob was spoilt, all others are good. I was given high floor on 36th level, really like the rooms and spacious. Will book again for my next trip. Highly recommended for family if you drive.

The condition of the apartment is great. We had the high floor on level 36 and the view was what we like. There is also a balcony which we have a great chit chat session with the family there. There is also a washing machine.
