Well kept room.

Apartment was well kept. But it first came without towels. The connecting bridge to eateries was a plus.

Will stay again for attending concerts in genting

The check in queue took me 50minutes but once you get to the registration counter, it was fast and efficient. The unit itself was very nice, particularly enjoyed the wood floor. view of genting from master bedroom at night was clear. the drainage in the master shower was not great, water pooled a lot and went to sink area, and slight smell from the bathroom. bed was comfortable, and the living room was spacious
Long queue to check in, took about 50 minutes to reach front of queue

Unpleasant staffs & super long queue

Unpleasant staffs at front desk at all time, all never smile never greet, all not helpful, feel like you are begging them for a room! All guests are forced to check in at 3pm which caused the super long queue during check in, even when u arrived earlier and some of the rooms are ready. No house keeping is provided unless 4 nights or longer. No exchange of towels if u stay more than a night, and extra charge for towels if u request to replace. Tennis court is chargeable and not well maintained. Room size is good and beds are comfy.
