Hotel without any service!

No WiFi in the room, you have to go to lobby to use WiFi. Toilet sit was missing, complain right after enter the room, they promise every day that it will be fixed today but never happened . I had to go manager’s Toilet every time I had to use toilet. Hot water machine had problem, it was leaking and the hose keep coming off, they never fixed it in my three days stay. I would not stay in that hotel In future.

A total rip-off.

This hotel is a rip-off. I paid online. I have a confirmation email but when I wanted to check in they said there is no record of my booking. I don't have a wifi at that moment to check whether my a/c has been debited. I left to find a hotel nearby. When I checked my a/c later, the transaction has been made. I paid on a room that I did not get to stay.
