The staff was excellent. Very attentive and helpful. Great breakfast buffet. A nice variety and great value. Special kudos to the coffee barista, he was simply the best.
The hotel is very clean with impressive views from each room as the rooms are located on the 41st floor and above. Excellent service and the buffet breakfast was delicious. Lastly, the location is great.
Nice spacious room and bathroom. Great location. Decent breakfast. If the service overall could be a bit more attentive on details it would be even better.
The room is clean and spacious. My room was on 50th floor which has a nice view of the city. Staff are friendly and polite. 24 hours coffee and tea provided at the lobby is a great bonus.
Prompt service. I accidentally left my phone in the hotel when I checkout. I called the hotel and it was delivered to me at the airport. Great service. Btw, I have patronised this hotel countless times. It has yet to disappoint me.
The hotel was spotless, reception staff were so very helpful and the breakfast service was excellent too. Particular shout out to the young chap who was on the cooked roti stand. Mas delicious banana goodies and was really friendly.
The only thing that slightly let down the hotel was the evening service. The food was good it was just the service could have been more attentive but overall enjoyed our stay here.

I arrived at 09.30 after a 13 hour flight and was offered a room immediatly which was fantastic. I was able to shower and head out to enjoy the whole day.
Generally the staff were all polite and cheerful, even the security team at the entrance.
Staying at Element was truly a luxurious experience. The staff are very professional and courteous. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur.
