Go stay somewhere else.

I checked out after a night stay to move to another hotel. Room was cramp, smoky, dirty, damp and dusty. There was no window in the room and the ventilation fan in the bathroom and air-conditioning in the room were very noisy. The towels had stains and were torn with holes and tear. Totally unacceptable staying conditions.

Hotel close to monorail

Staff not well trained. Place is not that clean. Only bright spot was the strong free WiFi they had.

Bad service and problematic hotel.

Room is smaller than i thought. Wasn't that clean. Lights went out when i was having a shower. At one point there was some kind of a burning smell. I couldnt access the room, had to go all the way down to change my card. Informed a staff i was checking out late and was asking for their cut off time before they start charging, the other staff the next day charged me extra anyway even though i was on time. The phone wasnt working. Overall, not worth it. Go to other nearby hotels.
