Very well maintained, helpful staff, I forgot the young man's name who helped me upgrade but he was awesome (maybe Aswan (night shift). Very spacious 2 bedroom, conveniently located, no complaints, also during my 3 month southeast asia tour, this ranks in the top 2, ive stay in approximately 14 hotels so far I extremely admire the door arm that prevents unnecessary loud slamming doors, thank you so much for a great stay!

Everything was clean, staff were helpful. Would’ve been great to have it explicitly stated somewhere that you’d be in a tiny room where the kitchen, living space, etc are all common shared with at least two other rooms. Yes, it says “separate sitting area” but not “shared”. We were woken up by people coming into the main room, slamming the door, and loudly chatting, I guess they thought no one else was around. Bathroom was private for the room and actually great considering the room itself was small. This was fine for a one night stay, but if I had booked for multiple nights, I would’ve cancelled and gone somewhere else.

Great stay at Chill Suites. Checkin went smoothly and quickly. Staff were on hand via watsapp if needed. Room was very clean when we arrived and cleaned thoroughly on request. Air conditioning worked well. Great location for Jalan Alor street, LaLaport mall and Berjaya Times Square a 10mins walk. Hang Tua station lees than 10 mins away and is the nearest station.

I would say one of the best experience I had in a hotel, staff was very friendly, our suite room was superb and clean..kids really loved it..location was perfect and very convenient to explore the city. they even provided some snacks in the room when we arrived late night. Highly recommended.

事前に案内もなく、改装中の工事音が朝8時から響きました。 滞在期間中WiFiが不通で、初日に「明日から使える」と言われたが結局1週間ダメでした。同理由でTV（ChromeTV）が観られませんでした。 アメニティはボディーシャンプーと歯ブラシのみで、フェイスタオルはありませんでした。 供用スペースにあったコーヒーサーバーはノーメンテナンスで使えませんでした。 部屋のあちらこちらに張り紙がありましたがすべてその通りではありません。 裏切られた感しかありませんでした。

新しいホテルなので綺麗で立地も良い。ブキビンタンまで徒歩10分。帰りはグラブタクシーも呼んでくれて助かった。オフィスビルの中にホテルを作っているため壁が薄く、夜も他の部屋の音が聞こえるが、気にならなければお勧め。
