This hotel is nicely located at strategic place, however, there are no internet facilities in the room and it has stairs to go. Not recommended.

just nice but bathroom are smelly

just have been there for business, lot of space for room, affordable, near to NIOSH, not enough lighting in the room. when you enter the bathroom, a very unpleasant smell come out from the drainage piping. otherwise its just worth of money.

Smelly toilet

The toilet has stringent smell and had to buy air freshener. When the toilet door is left opened, the whole room will be smelly.

Good environment hotel

Good enviroment because it is inside the shopping complex. Its comfortable but lack of facilities like there are no electric kettle,telephone,iron in room, laundry bag.

3 star but not enough facilities.

in my opinion as a guest and my experience stayed at here was so bad. its kind like staying at motel not a hotel. even it standard room is should be have a very basic facilities such cattle, spoon, inside the room. the room also have insects like an ants. I hope it will be advance soon.

Terrible hotel to be in

The personnel were generally unfriendly and lack courtesy. The hotel room is gloomy. There was no phone and the TV lack decent channels. The most upsetting experience is the toilet as it emits unbearable odour, especially at night time. Cleanliness is an issue here. Also they were plenty of ants wondering around in the room! I don't recommend to anybody who wish to try due to its attractive offer.

Spacious but terrible hygiene

The room is quite spacious and nice but it was quite dirty. The floor was sticky, there were traces of blood and hair on the bed and the bathroom looked just the way the previous guests left it. The housekeeping should be given more attention to give the guests a wonderful stay.

Gate close at 10pm

Great location for a course but the only thong is the hotel gate close 10pm. If you are check in late than 10pm you have no door in even though you paid.

Please upgrade your hotel to make us more comfortable ..your television cant watch due to the channel problem , there is no fridge, kettle, and wifi available in the room .. the price offer in trivago is not suitable with the service and accomodation provided ..

Every month i do travel due to family leisure and duty call and i have stayed in Budget hotels and also 5star hotels. This hotel staffs NEED TO BE TRAINED ESPECIALLY IN COMMUNICATING WITH CUSTOMERS AND TO BE VERY FRIENDLY AT ALL TIMES.

Room facility and staff

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.check in was very efficient and clear. Room facility was very simple but TV reception was very poor better not have any TV. Also wifi only available at front desk and not in room area. A little out dated when most budget hotels now provide wifi. Hotel management should consider upgrading facilities than just the k of profits. After all Bangi gateway hotel have good occupancy rate.

Satisfactory Short Stay But Would Have Liked More

Me and my spouse spent one night and two days at Bangi Gateway Hotel. The hotel is located within the Bangi Gateway Shopping Complex. I am not sure when this complex was built but I have an impression that it is new. After sorting out the registration, we then proceeded to go in the room. The first thing we noticed was that there was no elevator. This was a problem since my spouse was pregnant. Then, we went inside the room and I was pleasantly surprised by the room's smell of freshness, cleanliness and spaciousness. Then I noticed an unfolded towel on the rack. This gave me some doubts as to whether the room was properly kept. The rest of the items were on where they were supposed to be. Air-conditioning was functioning although not as cold as what I'm used to. Hot shower was available. Basic television channels with limited signals. No wi-fi. No water heater. No fridge. Iron is available outside the room for common use.

Just nice

I booked two rooms. The first room was okay. But my daughter's room was quite smelly especially the toilet. Therefore, she asked for other room. And the service was quite nice.

Nightmare. will not recommend it to anyone.

The toilet was filthy. The cups were dirty. I stayed for two nights and no one bothered to make up my room. There were no elevator in the south wing. I had to climb up back and forth to second floor.
