I had a very disappointing experience during my stay at this hotel. The front desk staff were disrespectful, unhelpful, and often ignored guests. Whenever I asked for assistance for check in,she ignored us and she was busy with her phone. The rooms were also very noisy, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Before checking in, I informed the hotel that I should not be charged the State Tourism Fee, but they still charged me. For two rooms over two nights, I paid RM40 (about USD 9.88). I spoke with one receptionist, and she told me she would discuss it with her manager and get back to me. However, she never followed up. The next morning, when we checked out, another receptionist simply said they could not refund the tourism fee. What upset me the most was the poor customer service. Even when I said “Good morning,” one receptionist did not acknowledge me. She avoided eye contact, looked at the wall, and completely ignored my greeting. This made me feel unwelcome and disrespected as a guest. I hope hotel management will address these issues. Future guests deserve courteous, respectful, and helpful service. I also hope the hotel reviews its policy regarding the State Tourism Fee to ensure guests are not charged incorrectly.

Forfærdeligt sted, der var tydelig vis ikke gjordt rent på værelset, med væske løbende ned af væggen, en toilet der stank af mug, et tv der ikke virker, stik kontakterne virker ikke. Truer med at smide dig ud midt om natten hvis ikke du betaler depositum. Da vi skulle checke ud prøvede de at snyde os så vi ikke kunne få vores depositum, vi fik det dog efter at have argumenteret med dem. Alt i alt forfærdeligt hotel

Great clean convenient friendly hotel

I found this hotel on a rush because my hotel I had beem at had a disgusting issue(the penthouse on 34th) they were clean secure and friendly. They order you McDonald's in the mornings do daily housekeeping and they arranged my transportation to airport i am returning to KL I will definitely be staying here again. Thank you
