We stayed at Fogo Aous in Ksamil and had a wonderful experience! The place is new, clean, and beautifully designed. The service was exceptional – we truly felt like valued guests. The owners took great care of us and were always available for anything we needed. Communication was smooth and easy throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

The personnel were beyond kind. I had a problem with Expedia not sending over my booking information to them, but they immediately solved it. They booked me a beautiful luxurious room. They actually sent me to Foga Hebrus which is their partner hotel. It was perfect. The personnel were very helpful and always helped with a smile. The room and hotel were beautiful. The buffet in the morning was delicious. They had so many options to choose from. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel.

The stuff was nice BUT !!! đŸš©đŸš© The floor room was very dirty When we check in. No toilet seat for all the time we stay in hotel, which is 5 days Closet the door didn’t close almost fell down. The door for the room barely open because it’s touching the floor And they didn’t change the sheets and the cover for the pillow for a couple days even when it was dirty. And one day we didn’t have any water not in shower and not in the sink. We talked to the management. They said they will take care of that but they didn’t. Sad 😔 Not recommended ! Sorry

Luiz from the reception was great! He is very helpful and kind. The property is new and they offer transport to the beach. The room rate include breakfast, but if you are not used to the local food, it can be an issue.

Saker som gjorde oss besvikna var ex att det inte ingÄr kaffe till frukosten, Àggen som de serverade var gamla och grÄ i fÀrgen, vi hade inget vatten som fungerade i lÀgenheten 2 gÄnger under vÄr vistelse, toalettlocket var sönder samt att de endast erbjöd en mindre rabatt pÄ deras beach club som dessutom lÄg mer Àn 15 minuters promenad bort. Annars Àr det frÀscha rum men man förvÀntade sig mer.

HĂŽtel neuf mais Ă©tonnamment sans ascenseur. TrĂšs belles chambres avec balcon. Le personnel est trĂšs serviable et extrĂȘmement gentil. Le petit dĂ©jeuner n'est pas servi sur place mais un peu plus loin dans un autre Ă©tablissement. Parking gratuit mais pas trĂšs facile d'accĂšs et non accessible aux voitures basses. Le prix est trĂšs raisonnable pour la prestation.
