“We got excellent communication from the host regarding check-in. The only thing that tripped us up was that the apartment is higher up the stairs than apartment 5. Because the apartment has 4 in the name I assumed I was in the incorrect place. If this could be highlighted it would be the perfect check-in process. There are also a lot of steps to get to the room. Not a bother for us, but if you have mobility issues, this may be tricky.
