We were passing the area. The hotel on the road had no room anymore. We decided to get on to the top of the mountain to this resort style hotel. We were surprised by the quality of the hotel. Recommended

Everything works but room for improvement

Love the ski area which is super for kids, good ski-instructors and Restaurant Olympique in the mountains is nice. However, don't expect a Spa Hotel or classical Højfjeldshotel. Though you have everything at hand and within reach, this hotel is more a mix of Lalandia and the Oslo ferry located in the mountains (restaurants, pool, rooms, service).

Prachtig hotel. Alles netjes en schoon. Mooi zwembad met sauna. Mooie omgeving. Er is alleen niks in de buurt je zit in de bergen ver weg van een supermarkt

Norefjell Hotell, et middelmådig hotell

Fint hotellrom med kjøkken dog ingen AC. Det stinket det tiss på badet og det ble ikke bedre etter å ha bedt om en ny vask av badet dagen etter. Dessverre har de ikke vasket grundigere enn sist, så det var feks. fortsatt størknet tiss utenpå wc porselenet og blod på dørkarmen. Koselig lobby, bra fasiliteter. Middelmådig frokost mat, svindyr massasje, ingen informasjon eller brosjyrer om Hotellets regler, umulig å få kontakt med resepsjon uten å fysisk gå ned til den.

Norefjell er flott, helt ok hotel.

Norefjell er et nydelig område med flotte turstier på grusvei og i skog. Hotellet var ok. Gikk fint sjekke inn. Områdene på hotellet var generelt fine. Maten var god. Rommet var slitent, vasken dryppet, dusjen skiftet mellom kaldt og varmt hele veien. Booket dobbeltseng men fikk enkeltsenger. Hadde med hund, spurte om å kunne få med en flaske med vann fra restaurant og bar, men dette var vanskelig, ble gitt en vinflaske med vann men denne stinket vin, så ga ikke det. (Vannet fra badet var utrolig grumsete). Veldig godt utvalg til frokost. Fint område på terrassen å sitte med hund (men dette ville ikke ha fungert høst/vinter). Var og harepest i området når vi var der, dette hadde vært kjekt blitt opplyst om av hotellet når vi hadde med hund mtp bekker o.l. Helt ok hotell.

Fint hotell. Litt slitt her og der. Rommet var ok. Det var støv på rommet pg kaffeflekker på gulvet. Badeveggene var litt flekker på. Veldig hyggelig og høffelige ansatte. Kortvei til Madonnastien og andre turer.

Fina rum. Väldigt tyst. Mycket att göra, inte så utvecklat som Idre men tillräckligt för några dagar. Fantastisk frukost, men kom i tid annars är det stimmigt. Spaet är bra. Ska jag nämna något negativt så är det städningen i allmäna ytor som kunde varit bättre.

Hotellet var litt stort, men etter en runde etter ankomst, fant vi ut hvor vi skulle finne parkering, restaurant og velværeavdeling. Hyggelig atmosfære i velværeavdeling, både inne og ute. God mat i restauranten i 1.etasje, selvom kelneren var litt i tregeste laget. Flott frokostbuffet Alt i alt et hyggelig opphold. Kan anbefales

Det var veldig trange og lite trivelige rom. Små bad med en dusj hvor man knapt hadde plass til å vaske seg. Lytt inn til naboen. Personalet i restauranten var hyggelige, og maten var god, men veldig dyrt. Inngang til spa burde vært inkludert i prisen, slik det er på Farris bad. Lite tilrettelagte aktiviteter for ungdom/ ung voksen.

Dårlig informasjon om mulighetene på hotellet og fasiliteter ved ankomst. Dårlig service i Matbaren. Datt på terrassen pga is, sa ifra i resepsjonen, men ingen tiltak etterpå. Ikke noe ble gjort for å unngå at flere datt. Veldig bra service på spa avdelingen. Det reddet hele oppholdet.

Manglende service innstilling

Personalet trenger en service kurs. Det virker som de ikke har lyst å jobbe. I tillegg er det små vedlikeholdsjobber som fort kan fikses, men antageligvis ikke blir rapportert inn av housekeeping. Men stedet generelt er nydelig og vi skal nok dra dit igjen og igjen.

Trenger bedre renhold

Det var generelt dårlig renhold på gulv, skap og vinduer. Lå hybelkaniner rundt omkring, og lå igjen gammelt undertøy bak en seng. Dynene luktet veldig av 'fest' selv om sengetøyet var rent. Kjøkken og bad var bra.
