Bit dated but was a nice standard and breakfast was very good. Would be worth checking over the summer if any nightclub noise is expected as Friday was noisy until 3am.

Amazing staff. Friendly, professional and efficient. Located as central as it can be. Beautiful tasteful interior with deep big windows. Breakfast was delicious. I wish the pillows could have been more comfortable. A bit too thick and hard.

Excellent service & breakfast

The staff service level is just amazing. Friendly, service minded and there when you need them. We stayed for one night but would love to come back. Breakfast was great with a lot to choose from, both warm dishes, yoghurt and lots of fresh fruit. We didnt get the jacuzzi to work but the room overall was clean and spacious. We will be back!

Very historical hotel. Quiet and room was very spacious. Could have been better if we could get tea in the room as well as hair dryer.

We thought the room was very comfortable, and the location was great for us. Have no comments on amenities, or eco friendliness, and didn't look around the entire property. We thought the breakfast was very good, and the room was very good value for the money. We didn't spend a lot of time in Kristianstad, but we liked what we saw.

Eccellente posizione, vicinissimo al centro ed alla stazione ferroviaria. Camera spaziosa e ben riscaldata, ma essenziale nell' arredo. La camera era priva di telefono, phon e bidet. Bagno ampio e doccia comoda e ben funzionante. Personale molto cortese e disponibile. Colazione eccellente, ampia varietà di cibo (forse scarsa la quantità di dolci).

Tråkig plastmatta. Inga lediga vägguttag. Det gäller att man har med sig grenuttag om man inte vill ladda telefon m m i badrummet. Slitet rum. Duschdraperiet går inte tillräckligt långt ned vilket innebar att golvet utanför blev vått. Troligtvis därför dörrtröskeln och dörrkarmarna är fuktskadade.
