Train is right beside the hotel with easy access to the city center. Hotel offers a pass as well so it was perfect! Parking is across the street in a parking garage and easy access to the hwy! Overall, great stay!

Modern hotel with all facilities you expect. It’s not a wow hotel, it’s a good, clean, functional hote. Breakfast is included. Parking is across the road in a multi storey. Staff were neutral in their manner, not friendly, not rude just very indifferent…. Very short walk to the train to get in to the centre, just 2 stops and it’s free for hotel guests.

Das Parken war super, die Zimmer sauber, ruhig und gemütlich, nur wenige Gehminuten zum Bahnhof und in nur 4 Minuten mitten in Luzern, wir haben vom Hotel sogar noch Tickets für kostenlose Bus,- und Bahnfahrt innerhalb einer bestimmten Zone bekommen. Absolut empfehlenswert

Our room was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and there was a nice selection. Hotel is located just a couple minutes walk from the train that takes you into Lucerne, and there's no charge. We had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.
