Nothing to say about property. They were as embarrassed as I was as they have not been notified by intermediary that I booked 2 rooms. Expedia just need to make sure intermediaries are aware of room availability. I paid Expedia for a service I did not consume and there is no way to get refund. This not a good level of service from intermediary and from Expedia who limit assistance to the minimum. Insurance paid on top of it does not cover this type of event. I hade to travail 400 km to be aware there was no available room. This a very very bad experience and I recommend to book directly to the hotel without doing it through Expedia.

The location and beach are great. I paid 50 $ per night for a room that only cost in reality 15000 CFA. I felt cheated....by the hotel or Expedia.....no idea.

This was fantastic. Right on the beach with chickens wondering around and a cat with personality. We felt like we were in a novel or a movie. As long as you are aware that you are in Africa and that this isn’t a luxury hotel, you will be completely satisfied with the beautiful location and sunsets.

Cadre superbe, gerant infect

Notre reservation n'avait pas été retenu et l'acceuil du gerant (hervé) fut agressif et discourtois. Nous avions reservé 3 chambres pour 3 nuits, jusqu'au moment du départ il nous a fallu tout négocier avec ce monsieur. Les services annoncées (WIFI et TV) Útaient absents et nous avons eu 2 chambres au lieu de trois dont la premiÚre nuit dans un autre hotel, à l'exterieur de Kribi. Meme les petits déjeuners payés on été facturés en double. Aucun dédommagement, pas meme un verre d'eau offert.Nous avons été décus et choqués de ce manque de sens commercial.

Nada que ver con las fotos, no lo recomiendo

En las fotos aparecen los bungalows. En realidad la habitaciĂłn es un cuchitril junto a un desagĂŒe de aguas fecales, con la ventana rota por la que entra el agua y el olor. Seleccionamos una habitaciĂłn para 2 personas con desayuno y para colmo nos dicen allĂ­ quĂ© solo nos incluye el desayuno de uno, el del otro hay que pagarlo, saltĂĄndose lo contratado con expedĂ­a. En fin, te intentan estafar por todos lados.

Regentado por maleducados, mejor buscar otro

La experiencia ha sido nefasta. Lo primero que la habitación es insalubre, sucia y maloliente por estar junto yo a unas aguas fecales. No os dejéis llevar con que incluye el desayuno, pues allí te dicen que el desayuno es solo 1 por habitación y a la otra persona le cobrarån lo que desayune, haciendo caso omiso a las condiciones de la reserva con expedia. Mejor buscar otro

Un bon sĂ©jour dans l'ensemble - voyage Ă  titre professionnel donc pas le temps de visiter. On fait simple et pragmatique. Pratique quand mĂȘme de pouvoir se restaurer sur place. Seul petit hic, le supplĂ©ment pour la clim qui n'Ă©tait pas prĂ©cisĂ© Ă  la rĂ©servation (ou que je n'ai pas vu).

réservation de 5 chambres quadruple pour un groupe, aucune de libre a notre arrivée . Pas de moustiquaire dans les chambres données a la place. beautiful, quiet, delicious, friendly, perfect

We totally loved this place to stay. The hotel is beautiful, the location directly on the beach is best, the staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and the food is delicious,... You just have to like your travel partner when you stay in a double room, because there is no privacy in the bathroom - but we do ;-)

Chambre réservée par Expedia non disponible à l'arrivée à l'hÎtel. Les petits déjeuners, inclus dans la réservation ont été facturés par l'hÎtel à l'issue du séjour. Chambre avec sanitaires défectueux. Television en panne. Le personnel manque de professionalisme et de courtoisie. Service décevant Abords de l'hotel mal entretenus.

Nice hotel right on the beach

We stayed one night, but would have liked a longer stay. It is right on the beach, with an open air dining area. Beautiful setting. The beach is long enough to go for a lengthy walk. Service was on the slow side. No extras in the way of towels or pillows - best to have your own. Bedrooms were clean. The toilet was faulty, but could be made to work. The shower was luke-warm, not hot.

We enjoyed our stay here

We moved to this place after staying in another fine place not too far away. Different beach, other atmosphere. We (a couple) took a room/hut for three persons to have a little more space. There are two such rooms in the same structure, and there is a door between them (locked if you don't rent them both). That means that you can hear the neighbours if they're talking or watching tv... Close to the ocean, nice beach. A bit further from the town Kribi, but not too much to see there anyway.

VÊrelset lignede noget der ikke havde vÊret beboet i flere Är.. madras var et stort hul.. blÊser pÄ vÊrelset virkede ikke..alt var ved at falde fra hinanden.. ingen aircon ingen toiletbrÊt.. vaskeklud til hÄndklÊde ingen tv osv...Desuden var der ikke noget wifi der virkede nogen steder.. og da jeg kom retur efter at ha vÊret ude og spise var alt lukket og slukket..ingen personale nogen steder og der var kl 23. Har rejst i Afrika i 10 Är.. sÄ kender godt standarden hernede...

A évité absolument

Attention rien avoir avec la description de hÎtels chambres limite acceptable pas de serviette service nul une fois pris mon passeport on m annonce que je suis obligée de passé le réveillon du 31 au restaurant de l hÎtel que je sois d accord ou pas je serais facturer 18000cfa/pers c est inacceptable d etre pris en otage de plusdans la réservation en ligne aucune information sur cette pratique

TrĂšs belle situation mais les prestations ne sont pas Ă  la hauteur. 2 chambres louĂ©es et aucune avec tĂ©lĂ©viseur ou wifi comme annoncĂ©, une literie usĂ©e, pas de climatisation, une odeur de moisi persistante malgrĂ© l'utilisation en continu du ventilateur, pas mĂȘme une chaise dans la chambre, les prises de courant descellĂ©es des murs, uniquement de l'eau froide pour la douche et le lavabo avec une serviette de toilette minimaliste. Seul point positif les moustiquaires efficaces car l'endroit est infestĂ© de moustiques !

Venu pour me reposer, j'ai trouvĂ© que c'est un havre de paix surtout la semaine, plage propre, le personnel serviable Si vous voulez ĂȘtre tranquille, c'est le lieu idĂ©al, les ballades sur la plage de bout en bout vous permettra de voir les pĂ©cheurs de "fritures" appelĂ© aussi "tirĂ©-tirĂ©", entre les gros rochers, il y a moyen de trouver une sorte de "jacuzzi" naturel,faire attention tout de mĂȘme, il y a aussi des mĂ©duses, irritantes... et les fruits de mer sont un dĂ©lice que ce soit Ă  l'HĂŽtel ou dans les autres restos du coin. Enfin, s'il vous plaĂźt, mettez Ă  jour le numĂ©ro de tĂ©lĂ©phone de l'HĂŽtel que vous mettez dans le sms automatique envoyĂ© par le serveur.

Nous avons passĂ© un week-end en couple ! Cadre charmant et idyllique : piste d'accĂšs hors de la route, restaurant les pieds dans l'eau, plage de rĂȘve sur plusieurs km, service attentionnĂ© ... Mais la chambre de "confort supĂ©rieur" datait des annĂ©es "80", sans mobilier(Ă  part le lit et une chaise en plastique), Ă  l'aĂ©ration dĂ©suĂšte, aux fermetures primaires... Heureusement, la moustiquaire et la clim offraient une bonne protection contre les insectes et la chaleur ! Le cadre ne peut pas tout faire passer ...
