The room itself was fine, simple but clean and comfortable. The hotel is well situated. Check in, however, was a nightmare. I had already pre paid bu couldn't check in because they "didn't have my virtual credit card number". Was made to sit and wait half an hour whilst they checked everyone else in before they gave in and let me in. Also had cleaning staff knocking on my door two hours before check out asking when I was leaving as they wanted to clean my room for the next guest!

Pretty basic, would only stay again if desperate

Pretty basic hotel..Lack of English understanding reception staff. Very uncomfortable beds and pillows. Location of light switch near the mattress corner meant almost everytime you moved on the mattress the light would switch on or off. Good central location and working AC. Clean rooms, polite cleaning staff. Reasonable decor. TV not having phone mirroring facility and shower door kept getting stuck..

2/10 Terrible

I could not enter the property because there was no staff in the evening. I had messaged the property ahead of time to let them know I would be arriving late due to a wedding I was attending and there was no response. So I never stayed at the property. I tried to get a refund since I didn't actually stay and they denied me. No apology or anything.

4/10 Poor

Disliked: Staff & service
The central air conditioning was not effective and room was too hot. There was an air conditioning unit in the room that did not work. Not sure if it was no longer in use or if it was broken. By the time I realized that the room was not properly cooled, the staff at the front desk had left for the night. All I wanted from the hotel was a comfortable room to sleep in, which I did not get. Also don’t bother paying for the breakfast. The quality of the food was poor and the set up of the buffet is very crowded and inconvenient.
