“Pros: (1) The apartment is centrally located, which is very convenient. (2) Free parking was much appreciated. (3) The check-in instructions were detailed and exact. Cons: (1) We visited in the summer, which required us to keep the windows open (no a/c) and unfortunately, outside noise traveled in (from the side windows in the larger bedroom & front windows where the pull-out couch is) so we had to close the windows, making it quite warm inside (there was only one fan in the apartment and 3...

The hot tub is worn and splintered and doesn't get above maybe 25 degrees, the sauna takes 2 hours to get to 50 degrees, the shower floods the bathroom no matter what. The A/C is literally closed in a press away from the bedroom, so totally useless. Premium price for very poor delivery ”
