“Después de Sofía, Plovdiv y Veliko Tarnovo sin ningún problema llegamos a Varna y tuvimos una desagradable sorpresa. El maleducado recepcionista nos explicó que nuestra reserva era una habitación para tres personas, pero que eso no significaba que la habitación tuviera que tener tres camas (supongo que en su casa duermen en el suelo), y que si queríamos tener una habitación con tres camas teniamos que pagar 40 euros adicionales y que si no estabamos de acuerdo nos podíamos ir y reclamar el...

“Nice view, clean and spacious room, very attentive service! Will recommend widely. Only bad thing parking is quite small needs more spaces, didn’t use amenities of the venue but looks interesting to stay!”

I have tried to call the hotel in advance to warn them that we will be late, but somebody opened the line without responding and left the line opened for the next 90 min. Although we had All Inclusive reservation, we were left hungry, without dinner. “Loved the rooms, staff, cleanliness of the hotel, but unfortunately roof terrace was being upgraded so unable to use, which was a shame. Also the three bars/ resteraunts within 50 yards of hotel, were excellent for food and drink. Forgot to mention breakfast in hotel was very nice. All in all an enjoyable stay”

Excellent staff and service, gazebo grill, tasty breakfast in the fruit garden, pool, gym, own covered parking, all suites in traditional romantic southern style. Hardly recommended!”

“We had a fantastic holiday at Sunrise Hotel in Golden Sands. The staff were great - very friendly and helpful, especially Vasil and Simon, but all the staff were welcoming. Good selection of food at mealtimes. The swimming pools were nice, if smaller than they look on the website, but the beach is only.a short walk away. Would definitely recommend.”
