Friendly, responsive staffs, beautiful newer property. We value our privacy and staff was very helpful in accommodating our request. Villa was very spacious and very well appointed, private pool was cherry on top. It has cleaning station for dive/water sport equipments as well as outdoor shower for rinsing, very handy. Ate at the Ocena Club across the street 3 times, the view, food and service were phenomenal. Absolutely loving the stay at Grand Windsock.

When checking in we asked for a blanket and converters (to charge cell phones) to borrow, they had both. Nespresso machines in rooms with option to purchase more pods. The staff at the Grand Windsock was the absolute best!! Yes, the property is great and the villa was amazing but the staff went above and beyond to give us the best stay possible. Our flight was cancelled and they did everything they could to help up extend our stay end not end on a bad note. Tiffany, the reservations manager, did her magic and we are truly appreciative. This was our second stay at Grand Windsock and we will definitely be returning again. Thank you Tiffany and to the amazing staff at Grand Windsock!! You helped turn a very stressful situation into a few more wonderful days in paradise!

We loved having our own pool. The complementary espresso in room was a nice touch. Also the free one morning beverage at the ocean club across the street was appreciated. Our unit did not have a toaster which was inconvenient and there is no air conditioning in the main living area but was tolerable with the breeze. No extra blankets. And the outlets are European plugs the front desk did have adapters to borrow. Overall it was a nice quiet place. I’d like to mention there is a small grocery store close to the resort (walking distance). Lastly there is no safety gates around any pools.

This was our second stay at the windsock. The villa was great for our family, which included two toddlers. The kitchen was functional, the clothes washer was helpful. Staff were great and flexible. We were allowed a late check out, which was very helpful with the kids since we flew out late in the afternoon. Location was great and fairly central to all of our activities. Parking was very easy. Traffic was not bad, there was a little noise from the airport but not significant. The only issue we ran into was that the pool deck got very slippery when wet, so everyone had to wear shoes around the pool. Overall great stay. We will be back!

We had an amazing time at this property! The suite was everything that was advertised, clean and comfortable. The staff was so helpful and friendly! Would definitely stay here again.
