Lovely from start to finish.

Nice welcome from reception. Explained everything we needed to know. Lovely size room, a welcome card from the cleaner and a sweet each on top of the bed. The bed was very comfy, slept well. Breakfast was in an outside room in the garden giving a lovely view. There was plenty to choose from. If going to Krakow would definitely choose to stay here again.

Me and my husband found that it was convenient staying here. The only issue was the steps was a lot to get to our room but other than that we had no complaints. The room was cozy and housekeeping kept it clean.

This hotel was right in the middle of the tourist area of Krakow. The room was very well maintained with AC and the hotel served great breakfast every day. The only part that could have been better was that there was no elevator and we were on the 5th floor so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs.

Staff was kind, check-in easy. Parking was a challenge as expected. Cost of a parking ticket on the street was the same as overnight parking via the hotel, fyi. Large room. Fan was critical without a/c and provided in the room. Convenient and would stay here again.

Unable to provide room that was paid fir

Hotel condition is very poor it’s like going back in time 30 years everything is very dated and in poor condition. I paid extra for a room with a garden view as having stayed on this street before the front is very noisy due to trams running on the road in front. This room was also larger. When I arrived I was given a room facing the front of the hotel and didn’t have a view let alone a garden view. All I had was sky lights. Only half of the room was accesible as it was unsafe to acces the bed from the one side die to the low sloping ceiling. Conditions of furniture were also very poor. When I complained about the room was told they were full so couldn’t be moved and was iffered a few drink at a sister hotel. There is no way I would’ve stayed here if I knew this was the room I was getting. Hotel is also very unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues or elderly or poor health due to no lifts and difficult access to the property.

Das Zimmer in den wunderschönen Garten ist ruhig. Das Frühstück in diesem Garten war sehr nett. Unweit zum Zentrum und dadurch ideale Lage.

As fotos no site dão uma impressão de que o hotel seria mais novo. Na verdade o quarto é bem grande, porém os móveis são em madeira mais antiga, carpete em todo o quarto e meia parede. Os carpetes estão em em estado razoável e para quem tem alergia não é tão agradável, especialmente por ter um cheiro mais forte. O piso faz bastante barulho então certamente incomoda o apartamento de baixo, assim como o de cima incomodou o nosso. Os aquecedores não funcionavam bem. Não tem elevador e cada andar possui 2 lances de escada. Nao há recepção exclusiva. A recepção atende em prédio ao lado. Há um jardim legal com mesas e cadeiras ao fundo. O café da manhã atende mas não tem muitas variações. Fica próximo à praça principal e tem transporte e restaurantes perto. Creio que com uma boa manutenção, ficará ainda muito melhor! A equipe é bastante atenciosa.

Hotel odpowiedni dla rodzin z dziećmi. Dźwiękoszczelne ściany, dobra akustyka - poza pokojami wychodzącymi na ulicę Długą (tramwaje...). Dobre śniadania. Podwórko z patio dla wieczornego odpoczynku. Piechotą na Stare Miasto. Mnóstwo opcji gastronomicznych tuż obok.

This hotel was exactly as it said. Close to Tram Stop and main square all amenities close by. Lovely hotel, warm, clean and friendly. Food at breakfast was great and something for everyone. Only downside was no lift so if you are not good with stairs sorry you will miss out.

Loistava sijainti, lyhyt matka vanhaan kaupunkiin, pieniä ruokakauppoja lähellä useampikin. Hyvä aamiainen ihanassa miljöössä - erillinen tila pihan puolella, yhteinen naapurihotellin kanssa, kivasti sisustettukin. Kylppäri siisti ja hyväkuntoinen. Hyvän kokoinen huone perheelle 2 aikuista 2 teiniä: huone jakaantui kahteen osaan. Skandinaaviseen makuuni hieman tunkkainen sisustus kokolattiamattoineen ja huonoine yleisvalaistuksineen. Naapurihotellin edestä myös noutopaikka Autswitchin retkelle. Vahva suositus!

Trevlig långhelg i Krakow!

Hotell med gångavstånd till allt! Personalen var tillmötesgående. Hotellrummen var rena och mycket fräscha och bestod av två rum med 4 sängar, vilket vi inte visste. Hotellfrukosten hade stort utbud med bönmalet kaffe som visserligen var lite svart men om man tog espresso så blev det bättre. Mysigt med innergården och uteplatsen där man kunde inta sin. Frukost. Minus för liljorna i receptionen som doftade väldigt starkt.

Me gusto esta muy bien situado tanto en la estación de trenes como el centro del casco antiguo el desayuno de lujo No me gustaron 2 cosas, no tiene ascensor cuando bienes cansado de patearte la ciudad tener que subir 85 escalones (nos toco hab. 3a planta) La segunda tiene servicio de lavandería les llevamos una bolsa de ropa (llevábamos 10 días viajando y utilizamos el servicio) fatal les dimos una bolsa y nos devolvieron la misma ropa lavada tal y como salio de la lavadora super super arrugada por lo menos exijo plegada
