Lovely hotel in a really handy location, close to the station and shopping centre, and a short walk to the historic centre. Breakfast was great - good variety of quality food and attentive and friendly staff. Went to the bar on a couple of occasions but found the range of drinks (especially wine) and service a little disappointing. Overall a great hotel in a great location.

Great for solo travelers. Even though this property is in the middle of a busy area, it was relatively quiet inside the hotel. Great breakfast options and close walking distance to the gallery mall and restaurants. Would stay again!

Great base

First trip to Krakow so didnt know the place, but this a great base. The hotel is 2 mins from the station so easy to get too after a flight and the train in. Its also a close enough to the main square and all the restaurants. Hotel is very modern, clean and staff attentive. Its bar is nice and chilled too.

I truly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Everything about it was excellent; from the welcoming and accommodating staff at the reception to housekeeping and restaurant staff. The hotel is located next to the main train station which is convenient if you are planning day trips (Wieliczka salt mine, for example) taking the train to the airport but it is also located within a walking distance to the city center/old town and all the major tourist attractions. It’s also next to a large mall if you want to do some shopping. The rooms are well equipped in everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The bathroom was modern and really well designed. Lastly, the breakfast buffet had plenty of choices and all the food was really tasty; one of the best. Overall an excellent stay! I highly recommend this hotel and plan to stay there again on my next visit to Krakow.

Great base for exploring the city

Hotel was perfect, just a few minute walk from the main square. Opposite the train station, so easy for getting to and from airport. Clean and comfortable with friendly staff.
