We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Topolowa Residence. The room was spacious and a nice place to spend our time when not exploring the city. Everything was clean as described and the location is perfect to walk into the centre of the Old Town.

Lovely property to stay in. Very clean and lots of extra towels and bedding. The apartment smelt so fragrant and fresh. Large shower and plenty of toilet roll, soap, shampoo and conditioner. Doors automatically locked so felt very safe. Easy to order Deliveroo meals and get Uber taxis etc. About a fifteen minute lovely walk from the Old Town.

Completely furnished and equipped studio with kitchenette, large super clean and comfortable room, with all conveniences at hand. Beautiful patio, a short wall from main train station and main square, shopping mall and all attractions of this beautiful city. Friendly staff,very recommended

Room was everything we needed spacious, clean and good size. We were on 3rd floor and we knew when booking there is no lift. Clear instructions for check in nice 15 minutes walk to main square Only thing is walls are thin and we could hear people in next room snoring. But would stay again

I had an absolutely magnificent time. My stay was relaxed and comfortable. It’s very convenient when everything is very close and walkable distances. The room was soooo clean; the property was well maintained. The staff was prompt, friendly and super informative. I had a few issues entering the building when i arrived but staff was helpful. They answered my questions promptly and reassured me. There isn’t an elevator but it did not bother me at all. It’s all part of the experience. The shower had the most amazing water pressure so after a long day of walking and exploring, it was great. Thank you to the staff for their incredible service. I will come back!

Perfect Location

Perfect. A convenient location, 5 min walk to the city’s shopping mall, combined with the peacefulness of a quiet residential street. It is close to the trams, has a wonderful pizza parlour around the corner along with nice little coffee shops too. Room was clean and smart. Very happy to have stayed there

Hotel had a decent location, walking distance to the train station and old town. It is very clean and spacious, but there is no cleaning service, so you have to maintain the room yourself. The walls are paper thin, which was quite annoying, as the electronic locks on the doors could be heard from the other rooms whenever other guests came home in the middle of the night. Overall, pretty nice hotel and very clean, easy check in and check out, good location, but few services and amenities and paper thin walls.

Great family appartement. Two very nice bedrooms. We booked a parking place that belongs to the residence. Its located about 250m away. Sad that there is no breakfast available anymore (it was very good last year). Late CheckIn works good. We received a code & informations via email & there was a safety guy who let us in & helped us come into our room.

A perfect and really nice apartment.It was really clean. We stayed at a loft so we had take the stairs all the time. No elevator . We didn't see any staff. No housekeeping in these 4 nights Not far from the main centre. You could make coffee or tea and there was a fridge. The bed was comfortabel.In total a nice place.

Very nice, clean, friendly.

overall this is really great, the staff are all friendly and helpful. The location is really close to krakow train station, 10 -15 minutes walk with luggage. There is only one shorting coming, lightning, not bright enough.

The room was generally clean, as many others have mentioned. However, several flies—likely due to the season—were found dead by the window, and the shower area had dark stains along the wall joint, so I can't say it was excellent. The worst part was the customer service. The front desk was hard to find—located in a room to the right of the entrance, with no signage and the door closed. At the very least, there should be a "Reception" sign and the door should be left open. Upon arrival, there was no greeting. The staff member sat in the dark staring at a screen. No "welcome" or hospitality—it didn’t feel like a hotel at all. It seemed they manage multiple properties online, and there was no in-person service. Towels and trash collection were only done after we asked repeatedly. Though the initial chat reply was fast, nothing was done. At the front desk, the staff denied knowing about it and claimed there was no handover. We also ran out of toilet paper. Shockingly, our first request was refused. Only after explaining the number of guests and nights did they agree to provide more—but we had to go pick it up ourselves. The sofa bed was also poor: thin mattress, loud creaking, and not suitable for sleeping. A better-quality bed is needed. Other facilities and amenities were okay. In summary, while the room was clean, the service was unacceptable. This felt more like an unmanaged Airbnb, not a hotel, and should not be listed as such.

Lovely 3 night stay. Walking distance to the main square but far enough out to be quiet. Clean and spacious and loved the high ceilings. TV was poor, no English speaking channels or music for background noise.
