Fantastic Stay

Location was great, not in the Old Town but very close and with a lovely view of the castle and river. Rooftop bar very pleasant, breakfast buffet excellent and every single staff member we encountered could not have done any more for us.

Veey nice location but we got turned off by smell of the room we initially checked into as it smelled of mold. We were offered a new room but cleaning staff was not notified and walked into our room without announcement early next morning. Overall nice hotel but staff is bit unexperienced.

I was with a group. Apparently my Bonvoy Gold status is not worthy for the front desk to tell me whether I could have a late check out. Upon arrival I was treated as a second class guest. My check in girl had to get a manager to assign my room, she could not confirm whether I could check out at 13:00 on my third day at the hotel. “Please check with us tomorrow” the desk told me each day, because my status was not high enough to confirm whether or not my request for late check out could be granted. Ultimately all of my colleagues were allowed 13:00 check out but I had to be out of my room by 11:00am. This is not the way a Bonvoy Gold guest should be treated.
