The property was very nice and clean. The staff was hit or miss. The biggest issue is the waterpark. When I made the reservation it appeared that it was included, but when I got to the hotel they charged extra.

Hotel has just average but there is one glaring issue, the smell. There is an overall scent the hotel uses that smells of musk and it’s everywhere. Fortunately it doesn’t permeate into the rooms but as soon as you walk in the door it hits you. The hotel is centrally located with easy access to the tram and the breakfast was above average. But the overall condition is just average.

We stayed here from 11th -15th April 2023. The hotel and staff was amazing and could not do enough for us. The hotel is a 10-15min scenic walk into the main square. We would likely recommend!

Krakow is a very old but historical city. The place was very nice and the staff were very helpful. Our daughter was not feeling well and the staff bent over backwards to provide us a room almost immediately.

A relaxed stay, fuelled by efficiency

The atmosphere was incredibly relaxed, and I put this down to cheerful and efficient service. On the desk, Gaby and Joanna, so eager and competent to help. Room ultra-clean and comfortable A few minutes walk from the centre of town or two tram stops if you prefer Food and service in the restaurant top quality

Convenient location to the centre and it was a picturesque location by the river. Friendly staff and a nice sized family room with a river view. The AC wasn’t easy to work with and we couldn’t get the room temperature low enough for comfort. The breakfast wasn’t great value for money as it was a bit chaotic in terms of people traffic and food items weren’t quickly replenished…but they were the only real criticisms

We had a lovely stay at Novotel before the holidays. The staff was welcoming and helpful, the rooms were spacious and had a nice welcome message there. The swimming pool, which was a decision determining factor when we booked this hotel, was closed, however. So that was a bummer. The parking was available in the garage below the hotel, which was convenient.
