Excellent condition of the rooms and the property in general (one of the cleanest and well renewed I have ever been). From the negatives, I would start by saying that I do not appreciate the use of automated check-in/check out systems at all. The human touch and the presence of employees who can assist travelers on a broader time basis, are strongly missing these days. It's okay to save costs, but it's not enough for a pleasant guest experience

I had a great stay. Only thing to comment on, is I wished there would have been better information on how to check-in. It was a lot easier to check in and out than I thought. The room and bathroom was superb, clean and very modern. Loved the big fridge, dishwasher and the big closet. Easy to connect to the tv with a phone.

Amazing stay in this milestone, lots of appliances so you can buy some food outside and cook/heat it at your room. I had to leave really early and they accomodated the keycard return.

The room was clean and nice. The bedsheet was too small for the bed and only one duvet for two people. Our keycards also stopped working after a few days, but the security guard was kind and helpful, and resolved the issue. Also there is no reception. Location was great and besides the small issues, our stay was pleasant.

Overall it was a pleasant experience with a few areas for improvement. Pros: -Clean and well-maintained rooms. -Accessible for people with special needs. -Convenient location, just 15 minutes on foot from the Old Town Square, perfect for exploring Krakow. Cons: -The check-in process was a bit challenging. It would have been much easier to have key lockers available for guests. To be more specific the he self-check-in machines weren’t working and didn’t recognize my reservation number, making the process more difficult. At the same time the building is large with at least two or three entrances, so finding the security guard for the key was a bit confusing. -The mattress sheet was too small and shifted easily, causing direct contact with the mattress, which was not good from a hygienic perspective. -The amount of toilet paper provided could have been more generous. In conclusion, the property is a solid option with a great location and accessibility, but improvements in the check-in process and comfort would make the experience even better.

There's no connection with service people i stayed 10 days no changing sheets or towels if asked for service several times no respond. They changed key code without notice i couldn't get to building for several hours.i will not come back ever.

Property was ok, but when i booked before i came over i honestly fought there was gonna be a kitchen in apartment as advertised on site, it was just a standard room, then on Saturday from leaving apartment before exiting front door, my key fell out of pocket. So i went to see security gaurd only to be told he couldn't do nothing for me, so myself and wife had to stay in all Saturday evening with no electricity and couldn't even go out to get anything to eat on our last night, i honestly wouldn't recommend to stay there again, as your security gaurd isn't very helpful at all

We had 5 nights stay and I would not recommend this to anybody. Are you staying for 2-3 nights then this is the perfect place to stay since it not far from anything in town and the rooms are fearly new and looks nice th How ever if you are staying for longer I would not recommend this. In the 5 nights we had we never had towel change nor did they come to clean the room. Thet promote you have a kitchen corner but only provide 1 fork and 1 knife. We ran out of toilet paper and since there is no reception we had to go out and buy our own. The garbage was never taken out so we had too take it with us and throw things into garbage cans we found near the the hotel.

Mooi, gerenoveerd gebouw. Moderne kamers. Op wandelafstand van het stadscentrum. Maar er ontbrak een gordijn op onze kamer (109). Het was dus heel vroeg al licht. We hebben dit na de eerste nacht (op 2/5) aangekaart, maar dit probleem werd niet opgelost (we hebben hier nochtans vijf nachten gelogeerd). Het is ook erg warm op de kamer (de klimaatregeling werkt niet naar behoren). We hadden een toegankelijke kamer geboekt omdat we met een kinderwagen reizen, maar we vonden het zeer onhandig (lage spiegels, lage kasten etc.) Boek dit soort kamer dus alleen als je het echt nodig hebt.

Estou apaixonada nesse Hotel. A localização é perfeita. 15 minutos andando da Basílica e praça do mercado. Com varios supermecados e shopping perto. A estacao que vai ate o aeroporto é menos de 10 minutos andando. Reservei um apartamento com cozinha. E tem absolutamente tudo. Incluindo fogão e geladeira. O espaço é grande. Estava extremamente limpo. Aquecedor no quarto. E a acústica perfeita, não se ouve nada. Minha única dificuldade foi com o auto check in, mas não por parte do hotel. Fiz a reserva pelo hoteis.com e a plataforma não me enviou o número da reserva, o que é necessário para fazer o check in sozinho. Consegui ajuda com um funcionário, que foi bastante simpático e solicito. Mesmo eu não falando a língua nem inglês. Ele fez o check in em outro lugar. Então caso façam reserva pelo hoteis.com tenham isso em mente. O check out também se faz sozinho e é super simples. Amei e quando voltar a cracovia ficarei aqui novamente. O hotel é maravilhoso. Super indico
