Rooms large, comfortable and very clean. Excellent location. Breakfast great. 'Black Duck' restaurant next door is very popular for a good reason, but may need to book. Excellent packed lunch if an early start for a trip and you miss breakfast.

A really lovely hotel for a 3 star. The room we stayed in was spacious, which was unexpected. I loved the fact they have a conservatory area where you can read quietly and grab a hot beverage from the machine whenever you feel like. Would happily stay here again if I was visiting Krakow again.

Hotel is in an excellent position for exploring krakow, within walking distance to most things. Fabulous restaurant attached to hotel, (where you have the breakfast ) and many others within 100 yards. Staff all very helpful, lovely rooms, on quiet street. Would definitely recommend

Little gem of a hotel absolutely perfect location. Room was lovely and very clean. Breakfast was great. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to stop here again.

This is a great cost effective hotel if you care about location, safety, and a quiet escape at night. Hotel is dated but clean and has everything you need. Only drawback was that the beds were too firm (from someone who usually likes firm beds) imo.
