We had a wonderful stay at the Grand Wyndham, perfectly located on the main street just two minutes from the main square, making it ideal for exploring Kraków’s Old Town. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt special. We were welcomed with complimentary Prosecco in reception, which was a lovely touch—especially as it was International Women’s Day. The spa was amazing and a real highlight of the stay. Our room was large, spacious, and very comfortable, giving us plenty of room to relax after a day of sightseeing. What stood out most was the friendliness of the staff. Everyone we encountered was warm, welcoming, and very helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a fantastic hotel in a perfect location. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is ideally located for exploring and being close to local amenities. Our room overlooked the main street, but was very quiet and nice to look down onto. Our room (a standard queen) was large, with a sofa and nice bathroom. We used the spa multiple times - the pool, sauna, hot tub etc were free to use up until 10pm. They provide towels and slippers and lockers free of charge. We didn't use the restaurant but had the water out of the mini bar (go over the road to the local Carrefour express - much cheaper!). We also used reception to book our tours (Auschwitz and Salt Mine) in advance of our arrival which was very straight forward. We have already recommended this hotel to family and would definitely stay again. Clean, spacious, great location and helpful staff. All round win.
