One of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed in. I would recommend this 100000% to anyone spending time in krakow. The interior is gorgeous and the pool/sauna/spa area was so cool! We will be staying here again for sure! The staff was all wonderful and spoke good English. I would give it 10 stars if I could!!

Best hotel I’ve been to in a long time. Excellent pool spa sauna. Staff was friendly and great. Perfect location. I wish I was there for the next 2 nights especially considering I’m am currently at the Novotel Hotel on the Wisłan and my room has no AC.
