The room was spotless and the hotel smelt beautiful. Our room was on a quiet floor and our comfort level for rest was 10 out of 10. Maurycy (front desk) agent went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The spa are was lovely as well, I wish the pool was a bit more toasty but that's just my personal taste. The location was fabulous, just steps away from the square, shopping, carriage rides, restaurants and, more. I loved this hotel, so much so it made it to my top 5. I will stay here again for sure when visiting Krakow.

Had a great four night stay at this hotel. It is a high quality hotel with excellent facilities such as the pool and sauna area; is very clean, and staff who could not be more helpful. The location cannot be beaten - right in the heart of the Old Town right by the market square. Lots of shops, restaurants, bars, museums etc… all close by and within easy walking distance. Would not hesitate to stay there again should I be in Krakow again.
