We stayed here for 4 nights. The staff were friendly and helpful, they showed us to our room and provided us with plenty of information about our stay. As we were checking out in the early hours they even offered us a breakfast bag so that we didn’t miss out. The hotel is just off of the main market square and served as a great base for exploring. We couldn’t hear any of the noise that other reviews speak of. I would definitely stay here again if visiting Krakow.

Location was superb and the staff were very friendly. The room was clean but lacked amenities, no elevator so after a long day of walking through town, walking up those stairs were brutal. The TV had no smart access so you were stuck with just polish channels. Overall the hotel was an 8/10. I would stay there again

Hotel is located in the main square. Perfect location for exploring Krakow. Great accomodation and staff very friendly. Hotel is in a great location just a minute from old town main square. Rooms are basic but clean with tea/coffee making facilities (no milk). Good shower room. Our room was on 3rd floor at the back and was very quiet. There was no lift in our building (which we missed in the description) and being the 3rd floor was difficult due to mobility issues but no option to change as hotel was fully booked. It does have 24 hour reception but we weren't in the main building so I wouldn't have felt safe as a solo traveler. We did think about breakfast but after seeing it we opted to eat out which was nicer and cheaper. We would stay again if could be guaranteed main building.

The hotel was only about 30 seconds walk away from the taxi drop-off or a tram stop, and in the heart of the old town square! When I visited there it was during the heatwave so not having a mini fridge was a tiny bit of inconvenience but it won't be an issue for the most cases. There are small shops just outside the hotel to buy cold drinks and other groceries anyway :) Lovely room with high ceilings, bins were emptied and towels were changed on request daily. I only tried the breakfast once, but the selections were enough to fill you up and tasty. It was a perfect environment for a solo traveller like me, I'll stay at this hotel again when I visit Kraków next time!
