Hotel is located in the main square. Perfect location for exploring Krakow. Great accomodation and staff very friendly. Breakfast was good, the only downside was no fresh milk available for cereal/tea/coffee. I would definitely recommend the hotel for a few nights break based on price, convenience and overall value.

The hotel was clean and the staff very helpfull. The breakfast catered for everyone from a continental to a cooked offering. But a cooked breakfast was not a full English. Only down side was breakfast was served in the basement so if you were disabled you would not be able to get down there as there are no lifts.

The hotel is in a pretty great location. Just off the main square of old town. Plenty of shops and bars within a few minutes walk. Breakfast was included with our booking, if I had paid for it, I would have been very disappointed. It was very basic. The room was a fairly good size and was clean. The bed was comfortable, though I wasn’t a fan of the pillows (that’s just personal preference though) The rooms do look a little dated and could have more accessible plugs.
