Lovely quiet room with a view over the river, friendly helpful staff, varied choices for Breakfast. Sky Bar has amazing views, good variety of drinks and beautifully prepared local specialities. There were other items on the menu but didn't have time to try. Excellent location, handy for the river and the Castle.

We had a very nice stay at this hotel. The staff at reception were really helpful and made us very welcome (we especially loved Bartosz). Comfortable room and clean. There is a nice rooftop bar\restaurant which has lovely views of the castle and river. The breakfast buffet selection was a bit small but very well maintained by the staff. Hotel is well located - close to the castle and about 10 minute walk to the main square. Would stay again on next visit.

Great hotel. Lovely room. The staff, especially Bart went out of their way to be so helpful. The rooftop restaurant and bar is lovely. My only complaint was the food. When we arrived for breakfast, well within the serving time, a lot of the food had run out and wasn't replaced and the staff didn't seem very happy about replenishing it. We only had it the first day then went to local cafes which was much better. Also, the food for the rooftop restaurant is taken up in the public lift and some of it was uncovered when it was brought into the lift which was not hygienic.

The hotel is in the perfect location for solo travellers, couples and sight seeing. It’s right on the river in the foothills of the castle, 10 minute walk from the main square. The same location as the Sheraton but half the price! Buy a superior river view room the view is spectacular and worth every penny. I stayed in 207 and loved it Staff speak good English and are friendly professional and helpful. I felt very welcome and very at ease. Breakfast is pretty good, scrambled egg, beans, breads, cereal fruit meats, biscuits & cake, although being british, I really missed having a toaster! But the kettle and fridge in my room made up for it. Rooms aren’t 5 start luxury but are very nice & comfy, about the same standard as as Premier Inn or Best Western with a really good shower and roof top bar. There are no British TV channels apart from BBC world service for those that are wondering. Don’t worry about it not being a familiar chain hotel. If you like premier inns, then this will be perfect for you.

I looked at quite a few properties around Krakow before I came across this one. I have to say it was a great choice at a very reasonable price. It’s a short walk from old town, but it’s right next to the castle and right on the riverfront. Very easy to get around on foot, not only by several routes into old town, but also to other interesting places like the Kazimierz neighborhood. It’s walkable from the public bus from the airport as well. I enjoyed evening walks along the river too. The big plus is the rooftop bar/ restaurant. Great view and a really nice place to relax at the end of the day. If I have one criticism it’s that as a solo traveler, I was ignored at the restaurant. I ate there twice, and both times I had to go to the servers to place my order, get the check, etc. I watched and watched as they served other tables, but not once after being seated did the server come to my table, except to bring the food. I would have liked a second glass of wine! Not sure why this happened, and I did experience it in other places. The hotel staff otherwise was very helpful. I would stay there again.
