Hotel is in a good convenient area with a pleasant walk into the main square. The rooms are spacious with Nespresso pods & bottled water replenished daily. A good sized fridge in the room too. The staff were super & the food for breakfast & dinner was very nice.

Overall, well located with easy access to transit and several parts of the city are easily walkable. Quiet for the most part (some roads work) but a nice place to stay.

Clean comfortable room with view of the river. New bottle of water every day and tea and coffee facilities in room. Nice to have a bath tub in the room ( although the soap dispenser was out of reach ! ). Excellent position close to river a, castle and old town. Definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very comfortable and friendly

Clean , comfortable , ideal location for exploring Krakow . Restaurant food is decent quality but nothing super duper but perfectly good. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.
