Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We were on the 5th floor, elevator only went to the 4th, but it was an easy flight of stairs to climb. In old town so close to everything. Breakfast was amazing!!

We had a Superior Room booked. There were a couple of issues but the staff at reception, Danuta and Agnieszka, were both brilliant in resolving them. A special thank you to you both. This is the second time we have stayed at The Hotel Jan - the hotel location, the staff and cleanliness are all 5 star.

Excellent breakfast. Wonderful soaking bathtub and a roomy shower but slippery. Needs a shelf in shower. Top (5th) floor but elevator only goes to the 4th floor. The room has skylights but no windows. A/C great.
