Excellent location so close to the main square, stations, restaurants and bars, but amazingly quiet, so a great night’s sleep! A very comfortable room with fridge kettle etc and perfectly clean. Air conditioning works well. Good breakfast and a coffee station available all day in the lobby, included in the price. Lovely staff too. Would definitely recommend.

A great location in the historic heart of town, with an extremely clean and spacious room. The staff were exceptionally friendly, polite, and helpful. They made a point of greeting us personally, always with a smile and genuine eye contact, which made us feel very welcome. They arranged taxis for us and were always happy to help with special destinations. One gentleman even took the time to research several transport options for us — a level of care that really stood out. We only wish we had booked a longer stay. A wonderful hotel and a genuinely lovely team!

We had a lovely stay at H12. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is ideal for visiting the old town of Krakow.Breakfast was good but could get busy at peak times. The only issue was the poor WiFi service.

Super location in this small hotel... Breakfast was amazing for the money paid. Staff always ready and willing to help. Free teas, coffees and sometimes small pastries available in the reception an excellent touch. Tiny downside was the internet was intermittent which was frustrating sometimes however not on a break to surf the net Lovely time and would recommend 👍

I made a really good choice when I booked Hotel H12. The hotel is in an excellent location in the old town just tucked away enough to be quiet, but still minutes away from the town square. There are excellent restaurants around it too which was a bonus. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The room, was spacious and has quiet air con, spotlessly clean and immaculate condition. Beds are comfy too. There is a kettle/tea & coffee selection/fridge and bottled water. At breakfast there was an excellent selection every day and the lobby has a coffee/tea machine, which I thought was a nice touch. Overall a very pleasant stay. Thanks Hotel H12 staff😊
