Very comfortable unique hotel in the excellent location and friendly atmosphere. I would stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone who wants to get away from the uniformity and the noise of the large chain hotels or unkempt rental apartments. Great service, helpful staff and ambience.

Highly recommendable address in Kraków.

Perfect place to stay in overnight when you want to skip the ordinary hotel chains. Spacious room, huge bathroom, clean and refined. All quiet in the building itself and the neighbourhood, but still 15 minutes walk from the main square only. Decent breakfast. Will definitely put to my good addresses to stay in in the future.

Wir sind angesichts der vielen exzellenten Bewertungen leider sehr überrascht. Das Zimmer und die gesamte Ausstattung wirkten deutlich in die Jahre gekommen, die Wände waren teilweise vergilbt. Besonders das Badezimmer machte keinen guten Eindruck: In den Ecken und auch in der Dusche befanden sich deutliche Verschmutzungen. Eine Tür der Duschkabine war offenbar ausgehängt und musste von uns selbst wieder in die Führung eingesetzt werden, damit sie sich schließen ließ. Bereits beim Betreten des Zimmers roch es unangenehm und sehr stark nach Abfluss. Besonders im Badezimmer war dieser Geruch während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts wahrnehmbar. Obwohl wir zu zweit waren, fehlte zunächst ein großes Badetuch. Nachdem wir dies angesprochen hatten, wurde es uns jedoch direkt ausgehändigt. Positiv hervorheben möchten wir das sehr bequeme Bett und das nette Personal. Abgesehen von den genannten Mängeln im Badezimmer war die allgemeine Sauberkeit des Zimmers in Ordnung. Insgesamt können wir die außergewöhnlich guten Bewertungen jedoch nicht nachvollziehen.

Elegance around Krakow

A very well situated hotel for central krakow, especially if you are driving as it has a small car park. An elegant 1920s building - in winter the hearing was hot. Good service and plentiful breakfast.

Mały hotel w spokojnej okolicy. Cicho, kameralnie. Miła obsługa, pokój czysty, klimatyzacja. Trochę ograniczeń kulinarnych, (śniadanie serwowane na zamówienie), ale związane z sytuacją epidemiologiczną. Mały parking, ale dla mnie było miejsce.

Das Hotel war eine sehr gute Unterkunft. Ich würde jederzeit wieder dort übernachten. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und ordentlich. Das junge Personal sehr nett. Das Frühstück war auch schön. Es könnte vielleicht ein klein wenig mehr Auswahl an Wurst und Brot sein (persönliche Meinung von mir). Aber das Frühstück war so wie es ist auch gut. Danke!!!!

Kleinschalig, schoon, ruime kamer, vriendelijk personeel. Goed ontbijt. Fijne ruime badkamer met bad. Zou zo weer kiezen voor dit hotel. Nadeel was dat de doordringende lucht van gebakken eieren en spek voor het ontbijt, ‘s morgens door de hal en onze kamer ging. We werden daar wakker van. Wellicht keukendeur dicht houden. De douche zat in bad wat gevaarlijk kan zijn omdat er geen ruwe bodem zat in douche gedeelte.

Works in the street at 7am on a Saturday

We arrive at 2am and the cleaner came to knock pretty early. Not happy that we woke up, reception called too.. Works in the street at 7am on a SATURDAY and reception didn’t advise us.. There is no free parking. Price is too high for what you get. Really disappointed.

Personalet er MEGET søde og venlige. vi rejste med vores 2 hunde, og ringede på forhånd til hotellet for at høre om de kunne hjælpe os med pasning af hundene da vi gerne ville på en heldagsudflugt. De var utrolig hjælpsomme, og sørgede for det hele, så hundene blev passet på hotellet af hotel manageren. kun positive ting at sige om dette ophold herfra :) - det er helt sikkert et sted jeg vil booke igen næste gang med vej går forbi krakow

Great small hotel at a great price. We wanted to be 1 block from a family we were visiting. Located next to a very nice park. If you want to experience Krakow next to the city center but also have a sense how people live in Krakow away from the crowded tourists, this is a great place to go.
