Amazing hotel in a great quiet location, short walking distance to Old Town Krakow. The staff is absolutely fantastic, always friendly and going above and beyond to assist and accommodate their guests. The SPA area is stunning and it’s a pleasure to relax, take a swim or warm up in the sauna. The rooms are generous, quiet and comfortable. It was a pleasure to stay there and we will for sure come back again. Thank you so much to everyone for this wonderful experience.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, a couple of minutes walk to the main square. Quiet and comfortable rooms. Beautiful spa. The room was incredible, very clean and decorated to a high standard. The staff were all friendly and helpful, I can’t recommend this hotel enough.
