Hotel is in a good and central location in the city with close access to public transport. Areas were fairly clean and well presented and the hotel room was warm and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was a bit basic but good enough. Would probably stay here again.

Great hotel! Less than 5 minute walk to the train station, beautiful hotel with garden area to sit and enjoy. About a 10 minute walk to the square, tram stop right outside, restaurants right in the area. Original architecture and old world feel, will definitely stay again! Great staff, helpful, polite!

I had an enjoyable one-night stay at the Europejski. The hotel and rooms are a bit old fashioned, but for me that adds to the charm. The staff were very pleasant and my room was comfortable. It even had an outside terrace with a table and chairs (which I hadn’t expected). The hotel is very convenient for the bus and train stations and the associated shopping centre, and the old town is within a 10-minute walk. Breakfast was good, with a selection of hot and cold foods. I would certainly stay there again the next time I am in Krakow.

I requested a quiet room on a high floor. I was given a room on the first floor at the top of the stairs. It was extremely noisy, both in the hallway outside my room and from bar/ restaurant noise outside. I slept very little due to noise. The room itself was spacious and lovely.
