In generale tutto bene in camera eravamo soli, l'unica cosa che ci voleva tempo per effettuare il check in tramite messaggi con qualcuno e tutto questo tempo eravamo fuori a -2 gradi.

Wouldn't recommend to anyone

As budget travellers who have been on the move for a while, this was the first accommodation we have stayed in that we were rely dissapointed with. I assume they tried to do Contactless check in, however the numbers left for us to contact left us with no response for a when so we stood out in the cold waiting. Finay we got a response and enter our room which was not what we booked. We had booked a doubled bed room and we arrived into a room with 2 bunkbeds, which as a couple was not Ideal. We attempted to Co tact the accommodation again and once they finally replied they said they would be there in a moment. That moment never came and we wasted an hour of our time waiting. At this point we were really disappointed with their hospitality as they then started to ignore us. We obviously just had to de with what we had... The beds were extremely uncomfy and old. You had springs dinging in to you so we would wake up sore. Worst of all, the shower had no hot water and showering in the freezing cold water was like torture. We couldn't wait to leave this place and wouldn't recommend. We aren't usually fussy so take on board this review. If we could get our money back we would The only good thing about it was the location being right in the centre.

Excellent hostel.

Super clean hostel, the best in this. Beware of thieves between customare, there is no camera in the kitchen. Don't leave food in the fridge.

Good location, but bad stay

There was WiFi in the hostel, but the WiFi is broken that I couldn’t access to any internet. Room was so small for 4 that we didn’t have enough spaces to put our luggage. Things looked old in the hostel, and the room was a bit too dark. I was staying in the lower bed, and I could see the upper bed broken, and I saw the dust inside which was quite disgusting. Location was pretty convenient tho. Everywhere’s is close to the hostel.

Boa localização

A localização é excelente e com certeza não me arrependo de ter ficado nesse hostel. Aproveita-se muito melhor o tempo, e a viagem, estando no coração de Cracóvia. Sem dúvidas não teria tido a mesma experiência se tivesse ficado longe do centro histórico. Porém o atendimento não foi dos melhores.. coisas simples, como negar que eu usasse o banheiro antes do horário do check-in, mesmo o hostel estando completamente vazio (só notei eu e mais um hóspede naquela noite) me deixaram um pouco decepcionada. As camas também não são muito confortáveis.

Ottima posizione. Da Migliorare plulizia.

Posizione favolosa in pieno centro. Il trombettiere si sente anche benissimo! La struttura non sarebbe male se la pulizia fosse accettabile. In camera sui mobili non c'era, ma per terra e negli angoli era uno schifo. Letto evidentemente molto usato e lenzuola molto usurate con vari strappi e non davano l'imressione di essere puliti. I Bagni, quello adiacente la camera è stato chiuso il giorno successivo al mio arrivo "out of order". Comunque tutti quelli che ho usato arano tenuti molto male. Presenza di muffa nei vari algoli delle doccie ma anche dele mura. Credo che il problema sia nel metodo di pulizia, i pavimenti si vedevano che erano puliti, ma la presenza di capelli e peli era assurda. Su igni porta del bagno c'era la lista degli orari di pulizia, ma vorrei capire come potevano lasciare tutti quei capelli sul pavimento. All'ingresso ho sempre trovato ragazze ma mai un saluto , un sorriso. Proprio un peccato perchè la posizione vale proprio tanto. Basterebbe solo una migliore organizzazione.

God ankomst(velkomst) - fik et værelse som ikke har den store standard - men man får hvad man betaler for. Rent badeværelse. Hver gang vi kom igen til receptionen når vi skulle til værelset, kikkede personalet overhovedet ikke op, hilste eller andet, Var totalt lukket ned foran skærmen. Dårlig stil, sagde hverken goddag eller farvel - selvom vi gjorde det.

Nie polecam przede wszystkim przez grzyba na ścian

Lokalizacja rewelacja. Obsługa OK. Ale.... W pokoju zimno:( Na ścianie przy suficie grzyb! ( MAM ZDJĘCIE ). Pokój mały, ale wystarczający. Łóżka w porządku. Tylko chyba nie dokładnie posprzątane, bo na górnym łóżku była pusta butelka po coli. Zastanawiam się czy w takim razie była pościel przebrana? W łazience też niekoniecznie czysto, ale może to wina gości... ogólnie raczej omijałabym to miejsce, choć bliskość rynku to duży atut!

Отличный хостел !

Отличное расположение хостела. Он не в том доме где вывеска, а через дворик в следующем, поэтому там очень тихо, хоть это и самый центр. Всегда чисто, горячая вода есть постоянно - в каждой ванной свой газовый котел. Роутер на два, три номера, хороший интернет. Хорошая звукоизоляция, тепло.

Man ska veta att det är ett hostel man checkar in på. Trevlig personal, supercentralt och enkelt. Vi checkade in på vintern så det var tacksamt varmt och skönt på rummen. Finns många toaletter utanför rummet.
