Lovely decorated clean room in a beautiful building. Small bar but has the basics and offer of using Wawel Queen full facilities. Breakfast was superb. Staff very friendly and appreciated the water cooler.

Great hotel a short 10 min walk from the main plaza. I travelled with my family and the room was comfortable and big enough for us all. They had a complementary water fill station with containers to bring to your room. The staff was attentive and helpful when we needed.

Room was very clean and spacious, staff were friendly and very helpful. Hotel location was good with old town, castle and river front in easy walking distance. Tram stop 5 mins walk away from here you can get a tram to the Jewish quarter and ghetto. Some nice places to eat near the hotel as well.
