Absolutely amazing stay at this hotel. Staff were so helpful. The room was really clean and we were able to have an adjoining room for the rest of our family. Price was great too especially at Christmas time. Managed to arrange with the hotel for a taxi to pick us up st the airport. The hotel was very near to everything.

Premium room was spacious - very thin duvets - heating controls are locked so can’t adjust temperature in room. Make up mirror missing Fridge temperature warm No milk provided in rooms or available so can only have black coffee!!! All bed room doors in hotel are heavily spring loaded so SLAM when shut & you hear that throughout your stay day & night !! plus if you have a bunch of people chatting in corridor’s you can’t sleep A peaceful location in the city but a noisy hotel sadly

We had such a lovely room, very modern and sleek looking. The location was ideal, 10-15 walk to the castle one way and a 10-15 minute walk to the old town another way. Close public transport too. The staff were lovely and helpful before our stay and during. They let you leave your luggage on your last day which was super helpful as our flight was late afternoon. The only downside was the AC fan was really loud when it was on, the sounds would wake us up in the night but you can just turn it off.

Cute Boutique - Centrally Located

Cute boutique style hotel. Check-in was fast & friendly. They have an elevator, but some rooms require climbing a few steps, so if you have very heavy luggage or mobility issues this might not be easy for you. I liked that the breakfast buffet changed every day, so you don’t get bored with the same food.
