I think we had mostly an enjoyable stay, you get a lot for the price. The staff were kind and willing to help with laundry, which they did good. Only thing I think can be better is the beds, they were a bit hard to sleep on.

We had a lovely stay in 6B, had no issues. - visited during winter, the room was nice and warm with extra blankets supplied, Reception were very helpful, booked the salt mines with transfers through them and taxi to the airport (3am) and both showed up on time with no issues. Not the fanciest place but get what you pay for and a quick walk to the main square and to tram lines.

Perfect getaway for couple

We really enjoyed our time in Krakow. The apartment is only a 10 minute walk from the old town and if you're feeling very lazy, you can always grab a scooter from around the corner to get there. The room (number 4) was airy, clean, decorated well and had everything we needed. Please don't go off the pictures on the website, as it didn't look anything like it. Infact, it was much nicer. We didn't have a built in hob, it was a plug in one ring machine, but it was enough for us to make breakfast and take a lunch out to town. The staff were very helpful, particularly Patrycja who went out of her way to book us a taxi home and should be proud of her English! Would definitely recommend if you're looking to explore this really fascinating city 😊
