Great hotel and all the staff were friendly and helpful. We had 3 rooms between us and all were slightly different. The location was excellent, 20 min walk from the main square up a straight road. We didn’t book breakfast but the hotel was close to some great cafes. Pharmacy and convenient stores close by. Definitely would go back to Krakow and stay in this hotel.

Thank you for a great stay, nice comfy beds, plenty of pillows, pillow menu and worth the paying the extra for a larger room. Service was good, staff were super friendly. The location was ideal for ourselves, about a 15-20 minute walk to the centre where the restaurants/bars were located.

Great location, straight walk into centre. Close enough that it’s convenient but far enough away from the crowds. Huge breakfast with plenty of choice, quiet rooms, compact size room but everything you need and super comfy huge bed. Absolutely amazing 7night stay at The Crown Krakow Center. Every member of staff we encountered was very polite, friendly and helpful. The breakfast to start the day is fantastic with lots of choice on the continental breakfast and then you could order from cooked breakfast menu. Added bonus of the 3 tier stand with salad, meats, cheeses and fresh fruit which we very much enjoyed.
