Krakow visit

We had an absolutely fantastic stay, the hotel was so central to everything and just off the main market square, they rooms were clean, comfy and had plenty of space. The staff were wonderful and arraged all the trips that we wanted to do. Will definitely be returning in the future as 4 days just wasn't long enough.

They failed to include in the welcome how to enter the building then how to enter the hotel complex . We were left in a dark hallway ringing the doorbell with no answer. The instructions on the door were incorrect. Another tenant gave us the phone number. He gave us several steps to secure entry and where to find the key to our room. The shower leaked water everywhere even though we were very cautious. The street noise was very loud. We used ear plugs. The shades were translucent and room was bright from street and business lights all night Location was good but will choose differently next time. Had TV in room with zero reception. WiFi was weak

Fabulous central spot. Within walking distance of the old town, the castle, Jewish quarter. Noisy at night time but our room was on the front. Room had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. Will definitely stay there again.

Ideally located in the old town just off the main square so close to shops, restaurants and some attractions. Easy walking distance to other attractions and the train station. Beautiful old building, clean, spacious and warm apartment with kettle, fridge and tv. Bed was comfortable and staff were friendly. Room was on the front of the building so some slight noise but not too bad. Excellent value for money

We arrived late but with one quick call the receptionist was there to greet us! He was amazing at getting us on the auschwitz tour which is why we came back to krakow! Really friendly and helpful. The room was big enough for purpose.

This was so disappointing. We left 10 mins after checking in. Do not even believe the photos. This place was filthy. Towels were great and one little towel per person. Absolutely no amenities in the bathroom as stated The common area looked like a second hand store with empty wine bottles and garbage all around. The guy that met us was hyper and scattered. He couldn’t find the keys to the rooms and was pretty rude. There was no fan in the stinky stuffy room. Honestly I have stayed at better hostels than this dump.

I had a wonderful two-night stay at Boutique Aparthotel & Apartments. The location couldn’t be better..right in the heart of Krakow, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and major attractions just a short walk away. Public transportation was also super easy to access, which made getting around very convenient. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and my room was clean, cozy, and perfect for a solo stay. Overall, a great experience!

We arrived at the property at 8:32 PM, and there was *no*response when we buzzed at at the outside door for reception. There was a number listed on the door, but I had no Polish SIM card, so I couldn't call. After a frantic wait, we talked to two women leaving the hotel, who gave us the mobile number of the proprietor and we were able to make a WhatsApp call to her and get our key out of the lockbox at the entrance. The room was supposed to have a double and a twin bed, the twin bed had no sheets. We never saw any staff on site, so there was no one to ask to get that made up. Further, there was mildew in the shower and the area was really noisy. I can't stress enough what a nightmare the check in experience was after a long day of traveling on the train. Avoid this place.

Very central, just around the corner from the square, ideal for all trips, eating out etc. The gentleman who we dealt with mainly was very accommodating and very helpful. Was very hot so the room was equipped with an air conditioning unit which was very much needed. Could be a little bit noisy outside due to it being right by the square but we took earplugs so it wasn’t an issue. Overall a nice clean apartment and would recommend

Very friendly and accommodating. Perfect location right next to the main square. Room at the back so noise at night not an issue. Only downside, 2 mornings were woken before 7am due to construction workers. Room basic but clean and spacious. Tea, coffee and kettle. Plenty of sockets for charging phones etc. Always plenty of hot water. Fridge for milk etc. Would recommend.

Ours was a really big well appointed room, our friends the same but not as big. Best position only 50m from the main square on road south to the castle. Bed super large, but not the comfiest, for me. Had to ring to get key code. Downside, road outside was understandably busy, fine most of the time, but even in the night, so noise at times would wake me.

La ubicación es muy buena, pero la habitación estaba muy sucia, debajo de la calma había mucho polvo y somos alérgicos, el baño estaba súper pegado del lava manos y lo peor es que el agua caliente duraba 4 minutos y después salía fría, cuando el otro quería bañarse a pesar de haberle dicho al anfitrión, mencionó que se tenía que esperar 10 minutos, se hacía y el agua seguía sin salir caliente, la tele no funcionaba bien, el cubre colchón estaba sucio y las almohadas muy incómodas. El check in y check out fue rápido, no tiene elevador! No había suficiente papel de baño y la habitación era muy pequeña.
