Just back from a fantastic 3 day trip to Krakow. Stayed at the Balthazar Design hotel. Excellent establishment, spotlessly clean, very central to Old Quarter and Jewish Quarter. Staff were exceptionall, welcoming, friendly, helpful to the point that nothing was too much for them. They organised our airport transport both ways, takeaway breakfasts when we had early morning excursions booked and all with a smile. Would highly recommend this hotel and would be my first choice if I visited Krakow again.

Balthazar is top notch hotel. Staff is eager to assist and goes above and beyond. I would recommend this hotel without any reservations and I would definitely return to the Balthazar in Krakow.

Amazing hotel, great location for visiting Krakow Old Town and Jewish Quarter. Staff friendly and helpful. Room and hotel clean and decorated to a high standard. Room had a lot of facilities. Breakfast was amazing. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.
