An amazing place, with great friendly staff. Good location in the old town near the castle yet quite in the evening. The Jewish Quarter is just 5 mins away. The breakfast is a high point too and you can order as much as you wish. Can't fault the room it has everything you need.

We had an exceptional stay at the Balthazar hotel. The rooms were lovely and the staff was very attentive. The location is in the heart of old town but was still very quiet and relaxing. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to do. We especially loved the luxurious Molton Brown bath products.
