The hotel is in a wonderful location to visit the Krakow old town. We all enjoyed the ezcellent offerings at the breakfast bar. Our only complaint is that it took a while foe the hotel to move us to a room with working AC.

Very well situated for trams etc Just across the river from Wawel, so nice and peaceful but still very connected. You can leave bags on last day - no problem Breakfast is very good (cost PLN59) Reception helpful with booking taxis etc I stayed there for 3 nights - bed was comfortable

Check in was so quick. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast buffet was a lot better than American hotel breakfast. Bus stop infront of the hotel. In would have been a perfect location if there’s a grocery/convinience store near by. Highly recommended!

Very convenient for the bus stop to the airport and attractions along the Vistula, including the Ferris Wheel and tethered Balloon. A short and inexpensive tram ride to the old city and Station. Beds were comfortable and spacious, the staff were efficient and friendly. Absolutely nothing negative to say about this hotel which we used as a family of three for a long weekend.

I stayed here with a group, and we had a wonderful stay. The rooms were comfortable, the location was excellent for accessing different parts of Krakow, and the breakfast was generous and delicious. The only issue we had was some loud neighbors in some of the rooms, but they quieted down when made aware of the situation.

It was very warm — which was great when coming in from the cold outside, but we couldn’t get our room to cool down properly without opening the window (which brought traffic noise in). Hotel VERY convenient for public transport from the airport and easy to locate by foot. Pleasant walk across the river from the city centre (trams and buses also serve). Staff pleasant and welcoming. Room and communal areas clean and well maintained. Hotel sells a small selection of groceries but there is a convenience store located next to the hotel too!

Room was very clean, bed was comfy and staff were nice and efficient. As i arrived late after a long day and i wanted to rest, i was checked jn quickly given my room key and that was excellent. The brekafast served in the morning was awesome, fruit, pastries, yoghurt, juice, coffee and lots more. Location was good, there is a tram stop out the front and other forms of transport are close walking distance. Very good hotel overall, shame i only stayed for one night
