Everything was perfect - location was ideal for Old Town, accommodation was quiet, clean and a/c was great. Staff were professional, helpful and friendly. Can recommend the breakfasts too - loved the Eggs Benedict. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

If you are going to Krakow I'd recommend this place. I have stayed there many times and have always had great service. It's clean, friendly staff, and in the old town.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and big. The price for the proximity to everything in Krakow can't be beat. If you're looking for a friendly clean place that's is two blocks from the main square and walking distance to so much more we highly recommend staying here. We visited from the States and there was no communication barriers. Huge thank you to the staff.

The room was nice and spacious but cleaning standards are not there. We found shaving residue in the bathroom mirror and sink and hair on the pillowcases indicating cleaning from previous guest was approximative. We request new pillowcases that were supplied, funny enough we changed them and the dirty ones were left on the floor but housekeeping did not pick them up for 2 days. It might be their cleaning standards ( looking at reviews from previous users , people do settle for less these days). Location is great just off main square so if you book for that go ahead. Also airport transfer if you want to save money avoid using transfer uber works greatly and you spend half of what they will charge.

Lovely spacious and clean accommodation. Small kitchen was a bonus. Would have preferred a basic microwave rather than a coffee machine though. Located very close to the Old Town Square, bars and restaurants. Apartments are situated on a narrow, one way street which was very noisy with vehicles and revellers especially at the weekend.

The property is located in Old Town. Close to all important sites and restaurants. Beautiful plazas with outdoor dining. The hotel room was spacious with kitchenette in lovely loft. The staff was useful and easy to deal with. Only problem is Uber isn’t allowed to pick up in front about block away. However taxis are allowed but will cost more. I would return.
