Location was perfect. Room was very nice, clean and very spacious. Excellent breakfast. The only negative was the parking space. We arrived late in the evening and parking provided by the hotel was already full so we waisted long time driving around to find parking on the streets. Otherwise, everything else was good!

Great stay

Really lovely hotel. Clean and comfortable and was in a great location. Breakfast was ok but could have been more on offer but this wouldn’t stop me from staying here again.

Located in the Jewish quarter which is the best part of krakow for restaurants and is a great place to explore. Has air con which is great as you can’t really open the windows at night as the trams can be a bit noisy and so can the groups of stag and hen groups singing down the street.

This was an aparthotel and we were not sure what to expect. Location was great. The beds were comfortable. A window blind kept falling off and could not be closed. There was a kitchenette for basics but no kitchen towel should we wish to wash and dry the dishes. There was no real daily housekeeping. There were no wash cloths or facial tissue. The shower temperature was difficult to regulate. The breakfast was complete and there was excellent service there. There was also excellent service at reception.

Schone kamer, moderne badkamer, makkelijk parkeren, uitstekend ontbijt, lekkere bedden.
