We had a great stay at Turnau City Aparthotel. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped—perfect for a short city break. The location was convenient, close to shops, transport, and local attractions. Check-in was a bit tricky at first since there’s no front desk when you arrive, but the staff were very responsive. They replied to emails promptly and were just a phone call away whenever we had questions or needed assistance. Once we got settled in, everything went smoothly and we really enjoyed our stay. Good, Clean accommodation, however the email instruction was sent to me in Polish to get entry to the hotel. I had requested the email be sent in English - which I never received. Walking to the old town square in the day is fine, but bit much for evening walk home. Not bad stay over all.

A brilliant stay and cosy apartment, along a street with a supermarket and a short walk away from the square in Old Town. Had all the necessities for a good stay but didn’t have loo paper so an FYI! Also, can be quite noisy if people above are moving about in the night.
