Faultless stay, big spacious room, beautiful terrace and huge beds. Staff were excellent, so friendly and welcoming and were great with my children. The complimentary shuttle bus was a huge bonus and saved us a lot in taxi fares. They even took us to 711 out of hours etc which was a huge help and to the Big Buddha. Statues around pool could do with a little refresh / jet wash along with the parasols which had looked like they had not been opened in a long time. Although the hotel is situated around 10 minutes from Ao Nang, the shuttle was a bonus and there was lots nearby to do I.e elephants bathing, kayaking and boat trips. I would definitely come back to Cha Cha resort. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

There isn’t much within walking distance of the hotel, but they offer a convenient shuttle to their sister property, where you can enjoy a nice breakfast for a small fee. The shuttle also runs to the beach, although using a local taxi or ride-hailing service is often quicker and inexpensive. We stayed in one of the cabanas. It was comfortable but showing its age. The bathroom was very large, though the layout felt like an unusual use of space. You can’t swim directly in front of the hotel, but there are a few small pools available. The grounds are well maintained, with beautiful tropical plants, decorative statues, and lovely koi ponds that create a peaceful atmosphere.

Great hotel and nice place where we relaxed for a couple of nights on arrival. It is not walkable to many places though so depending on what you want it is great. Pools are good and rooms are nice so good hotel but not walkable to central Krabi

Nice resort. It’s on a beach but not a swim able beach. Most of the staff was friendly. Resort is 10mins ride from Ao Nang beach and town. The have one restaurant on site but there are a few on the beach that are walkable. Onsite scooter rental was a good feature but they will keep your passport. Overall we had a good time.

The resort is quite nice. It’s located a bit further away from Ao Nang Beach, but they have a free shuttle. The staff were good, and the food was good. They have some good tour available for purchase at the hotel. The rooms are a bit dated, but clean.
